Polyunsaturated fatty acids improve immunotherapy efficacy in non-small cell lung cancer cancer
ProgettoStarting hypothesis: MUFAs and PUFAs modulate the lipidome of plasma membrane of tumour cells and T-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), impacting on ICIs’ efficacy.
Objective #1: to identify a lipidomic signatures predictive of good/poor response to ICIs. Objective #2: to demonstrate that dietetic supplementation with MUFAs/PUFAs improves ICIs efficacy in NSCLC.
