Addressing digital transformation through the development of digital readiness, resilience, and capacity: The concept of the
HIRE project is in line with the integration of digital technology into all areas of human activity, through the development of
two innovative results WP2 HIRE Digital Platform and WP3:Ultimate Interviewer App using Artificial Intelligence for a Real
Interview Process. Nowadays people are using remote platforms for interviewing which creates a lot of pitfalls for the
interviewer.HIRE project addresses the digital transformation through an inclusive digital training package (WP2&WP3) that
develops both the digital readiness and capacity of both VET trainers and learners. The AI training App will provide excellent
feedback for the interviewer, taking into account years of collective experience. AI will be deployed in order to provide an
engaging, dynamic and above all, realistic tool to help VET learners practice and optimize their interview soft skills as well
as to reduce or even diminish the negative emotional symptoms (anxiety, neurosity etc.).
