Progetto Objectives
•Produce highly specialised & transnational legal research on criminal procedural rights of the accused
•Devise a free online platform to offer knowledge & legal advice on criminal procedural rights, directed to legal professionals and accessible to EU citizens/NGOs
•Foster capacity building of legal professionals to complement their knowledge on the implementation of the EU acquis on criminal procedural rights
•Establish stronger cooperation between national judicial and law-enforcement authorities
•Support awareness of relevant policy makers, to better identify gaps in the protection of the accused
