DOCET4AFRICA project contributes to fostering Europe - Indian Ocean cooperation (overall objective) through i) networking and expertise exchange between EU and ACP HEIs, ii) implementation of national, regional and international strategic plans in the field of sustainable development and biodiversity conservation and iii) the creation of an educational offer adapted to the requirements of the labor market.
